Clear answers—from first payment to first login.
Guided onboarding, verified-customer email support, payment verification, delivery, and wallet safety.
Which Robinhood Chain details are used?
The production checkout uses official mainnet metadata: chain ID 4663, ETH as the native token, an environment-defined RPC, and the official Blockscout explorer.
How does payment work?
Select a base plan, enter your email, and copy the displayed recipient address and exact ETH amount. Send on Robinhood Chain, then paste the public transaction hash for independent server verification.
Do I need previous VPS or Linux experience?
No. VerdantNode is designed to help first-time compute users choose a suitable plan, connect securely, understand the first-login steps, and get an initial service or supported agent setup running. You remain responsible for the software and credentials on your server.
What does guided onboarding cover?
Guidance can include plan selection, SSH and first login, basic security steps, DNS or service setup, containers, and supported OpenClaw or Hermes deployment. The exact path depends on your goal and operating system.
Does the checkout connect to my wallet?
No. The address-based transfer flow does not request wallet access. Use Robinhood Wallet or another wallet that supports Robinhood Chain. Never export a key or recovery phrase to make a payment.
Can I send from any exchange?
Only if the exchange explicitly supports withdrawals on Robinhood Chain. Sending through another network will not create a valid VerdantNode payment and may be difficult or impossible to recover.
Will VerdantNode ever ask for a seed phrase?
No. Never provide a private key, recovery phrase, wallet password, seed phrase, or authentication code to this site, a support request, email, chat, or representative.
Why is an email required?
After payment verification, the server sends VerdantNode your email and order details through the private fulfillment bot. VerdantNode uses that address to deliver VPS access and onboarding details.
What happens after I submit the transaction hash?
The server independently checks the chain, recipient, exact amount, sender, receipt status, and confirmation count. Only a matching confirmed transfer triggers fulfillment. A rejected real onchain submission may warn the owner, but it is never treated as a paid order.
Will every incoming transfer trigger a notification?
Every valid transaction submitted through checkout with an email is verified and notified. An unsolicited transfer that is never submitted cannot be linked to a customer email or order.
How quickly is the VPS delivered?
Provisioning is manual. VerdantNode replies to the supplied email, confirms availability, and provides an estimated handoff time.
How do I get the customer-support email?
Checkout reveals the VerdantNode support email only after the server verifies a matching confirmed payment. Pending, reverted, wrong-recipient, and wrong-amount transactions do not receive it. Include your order reference when writing.
Can I ask setup questions by email?
Yes. Verified customers can use the unlocked address for onboarding and individual setup questions. Never send wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, private SSH keys, or recovery codes in email or any support conversation.
Is this a 24/7 fully managed VPS service?
No. VerdantNode provides personal onboarding and continuing customer guidance, but does not claim a continuously staffed 24/7 help desk or full management of every third-party application.
Are the displayed regions guaranteed?
Regional nodes are planning and selection aids. Exact capacity and location are confirmed during manual fulfillment.
Are uptime numbers published?
No synthetic percentage is displayed. The status page reports only operational facts the owner can confirm.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. The business owner has confirmed that the published feedback comes from real customers. No customer names, companies, partnerships, or order statistics are invented.
What data is sent after payment?
The verification endpoint receives the email, public transaction hash, selected plan, and configuration summary. After verification, it sends these details and the public sending address to VerdantNode through Telegram.
